Health and Industrial Occupations (HINDOC) was registered in 1991 to provide occupational, health, safety and environmental solutions for industry. In 2005 HINDOC was re-registered as a black economic empowerment company which seeks to gain economic equality for historically disadvantaged individuals.
Mr. Tshepo Monnakgotla, and Dr. Lorraine Hodge are the managing members who are specialists in various fields of health, safety and environmental managment. Tshepo and Lorraine offer a wide variety of services including environmental impact assessments, environmental assessments, occupational health and safety programmes and auditing as well as education and training, based on 15 years of experience in these fields.
HINDOC's strategic directions are designed to respond to changes in the educational and environmental consulting marketplace. We continuously adjust our programmes and services to meet the expectations and needs of those whom we serve.
